Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and seasonal specials with precision.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a pristine work area, including the coffee bar, dining space, and restrooms, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and process payments accurately.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
