Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to our recipes.
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process payments.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and serving areas.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide product recommendations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- A valid Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one.
- A friendly attitude and a genuine passion for coffee.
