Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment through rigorous cleaning protocols
- Manage POS transactions accurately while upselling premium products
- Collaborate with team during high-volume periods to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of fresh ingredients
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing methods (pour-over, French press)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
