Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and pastries, according to established recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders with precision and safety.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Upsell products and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
