Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines according to strict standard operating procedures.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide expert product recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
