Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders with a friendly attitude.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment and dining area.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems.
- Upsell products and inform customers about new menu items and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
