Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using provided premium equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace per health standards
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Source and present high-quality coffee beans and local pastries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
