Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workspace per health standards
- Engage customers with product knowledge and exceptional service
- Assist in inventory management of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to maintain fast-paced service standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
