Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm engagement
- Maintain pristine cafe cleanliness and equipment maintenance protocols
- Manage inventory and restock premium coffee beans/supplies
- Collaborate with team to create memorable customer experiences
- Participate in seasonal menu development and coffee tastings
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends/holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
