Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee/espresso drinks using premium equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of station and equipment per health standards
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques
- Collaborate with team during peak hours
- Develop seasonal drink recipes
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines & brewing methods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for POS transactions
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
