Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using provided commercial espresso machines
- Master latte art techniques and maintain consistent drink quality
- Operate and maintain provided coffee equipment per manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Manage inventory of provided supplies and report equipment needs
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, organized workspace
- Adhere to all food safety protocols using provided tools
- Train new staff on equipment operation and brewing standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and grinders (training provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
- Food Handler certification preferred
