Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Manage cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately
- Uphold strict sanitation standards for all workstations and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in creating an inviting atmosphere through visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
