- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/credit transactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Provide personalized recommendations and educate customers on coffee varieties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Manage inventory and restock premium coffee/supplies
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and food handling standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years coffee service or customer experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to master brewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
