Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote loyalty program benefits
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Restock inventory and manage supplies proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
