Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for AI integration, focusing on scalability and quantum-readiness by 2026.
- Model Governance: Establish rigorous frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to integrate advanced neural networks into core product ecosystems.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends in generative AI and predictive analytics to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to prototype next-generation AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies for high-growth tech companies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
