- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead high-risk, high-reward research projects that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-forward concepts to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and buy-in.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in critical sectors.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier talent from leading tech hubs and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and defining long-term product strategies.
