Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI regulations and ethical challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or compliance with regulated AI systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical, legal, and business domains
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
