Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for quantum neural networks and autonomous systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using advanced explainable AI (XAI) tools and quantum-assisted analytics
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, industry consortiums, and ethics boards on emerging AI standards
- Create real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI models using blockchain-verified audit trails
- Design human-in-the-loop protocols for high-stakes autonomous decision-making processes
- Develop AI ethics training modules for engineering teams using VR simulation environments
- Author position papers on quantum ethics and publish in leading AI ethics journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neural network explainability (XAI) frameworks
- Proven experience developing AI ethics policies for Fortune 500 tech companies
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM Ethics Council
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Published research in top-tier ethics/AI journals (Nature Machine Intelligence, Ethics and Information Technology)
- Experience with VR ethics training development and blockchain audit systems
