Qualifications

- Proven experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Strong knowledge of machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, IEEE, OECD)
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
