Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagement on AI policy and regulatory compliance
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Establish governance protocols for high-impact AI deployments
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related journals preferred
- Experience with ethical frameworks for generative AI systems
