Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product roadmaps and technical specifications
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Produce white papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and policy bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with ethics focus
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible technology governance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or fairness metrics
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tool development
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (engineers, policymakers, designers)
- Strong background in existential risk assessment for advanced AI systems
- Public speaking experience at tech ethics conferences
