Responsibilities
- Manage communications: handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events using digital calendars
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for records and documents
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and administrative materials
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support team members with administrative needs and special projects
- Manage office inventory and coordinate supply orders
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
