Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state objectives
- Author thought leadership positioning FutureWorks as a 2026 innovation pioneer
- Identify and mitigate disruptive risks through scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
