Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Translate future trends into product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investor boards
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
- Author white papers on emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
