Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps identifying quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate AI breakthroughs
- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL to pilot next-gen human augmentation prototypes
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
- Present disruption briefings at Davos-level summits and industry white papers
- Mentor 'Future Scout' talent pipeline specializing in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems Engineering
- 8+ years forecasting experience with proven impact on billion-dollar decisions
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and climate modeling algorithms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 2020s technology commercializations
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Security clearance for government innovation consortium participation
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive analytics and trend visualization
