- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen systems including decentralized networks and human-AI symbiosis
- Chair quarterly innovation summits with external thought leaders and academic partners
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio for future-facing innovations
- Mentor a team of 5-7 researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including blockchain, AGI, and biocomputing
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Published thought leadership in top-tier technology publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature)
- Strong network with venture capital firms and university research institutions
