Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) to forecast 2026 market disruptions

- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional '2026 Innovation Sprints' with engineering and product teams
- Author quarterly 'Technology Horizon Reports' for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups developing 2026-ready tech
- Create sustainability blueprints for circular economy tech implementations
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (MS + 10 years experience considered)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready tech solutions (5+ years in strategic tech roles)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology Systems preferred
