Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends, disruptions, and innovations through 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic insights into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders on future technology scenarios
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-focused thinking and technological foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing successful technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members on future trends
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and startup communities
- Certification in futures studies, technology forecasting, or innovation management preferred
