Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability management with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of delivering carbon reduction targets (minimum 30% reduction)
- Expertise in circular economy principles and lifecycle analysis
- Advanced certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB, or CDP)
- Experience managing cross-border sustainability initiatives
- MSc/MBA in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
