- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused innovation roadmaps and implementation strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for AI/ML integration across enterprise operations
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and sustainable tech
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and 2026 readiness metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Strategic Foresight certification preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder communications
