Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce actionable scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline maturity and adoption rates
- Manage relationships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the board of directors
- Oversee the innovation lab budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
