Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on 2026 objectives
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and analytical tools
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting models and quantitative analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
