Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver executive briefings on future-state implications
- Design and implement futures literacy programs across organizational leadership tiers
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technological paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML ethics, quantum commercialization, neurotech integration, or climate-tech adaptation
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops on exponential technology impact
- Published author or recognized speaker at global innovation conferences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (required)
