Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to prepare for disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level briefings and whitepapers on emerging threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential using advanced modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion a culture of innovation by hosting trend workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex datasets
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
