- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Present strategic insights to board members and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Publish industry thought leadership on future-ready business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex narrative storytelling
- Experience building and scaling strategic foresight functions
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
