Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation pipeline with 5-10 year forecasting models
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams
- Produce thought leadership content including white papers, trend reports, and conference presentations
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Quantify innovation ROI through market simulation and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
