Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Quantify market potential for future-facing initiatives using predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Establish KPI frameworks to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
