Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate innovation, venture capital, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) preferred
