Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in next-gen markets
- Produce strategic foresight reports using scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Manage innovation portfolios with $10M+ annual budgets across 3-5 emerging verticals
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members at quarterly Future Vision Summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and pattern recognition techniques
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype minimum viable future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech commercialization (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or disruption economics
- Strong network with venture capital and academic innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state commercialization initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Cassandra, Trendalyzer, or custom AI models
