As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll analyze emerging trends, develop implementation roadmaps, and partner with C-suite executives to transform futuristic concepts into market-ready innovations. Your work will directly shape our 2026-2030 technology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, climate tech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption timelines
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech spaces and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and their industry impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, decentralized systems, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Proficient in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, scenario planning software)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
