Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology and market landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce models and industry disruption
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
