Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning business goals with operational capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Analyze complex market data and emerging trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level, ensuring alignment on vision and resource allocation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects or strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast market shifts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Experience in [Industry Vertical, e.g., FinTech/SaaS] is highly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
