Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future insights into product development and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CSSP) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
