Responsibilities

- Develop forward-looking roadmaps for AI-driven automation, quantum computing integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA and investment priorities
- Build predictive models for workforce evolution and skill transformation in automated ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systemic impact modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping frameworks or white papers
