- Produce annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic trends into strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging challenges in climate resilience and human augmentation
- Advise product development teams on integrating quantum computing and neural interface technologies
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive boards and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with published research on 2020s tech trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development

- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
