Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports published in top industry journals
- Design resilience protocols against systemic risks including climate volatility and workforce disruption
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and future-state modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research on systemic risk or long-term scenario planning
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in future-oriented frameworks (STEEP, PESTLE, etc.)
