Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic vision frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce annual FutureState Reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurist forums (Davos, WEF, etc.)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate tech policy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning software (e.g., Kumu, CausalMapper)
