Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations into business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and predictive models for stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
