- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future opportunity landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies through patent analysis, academic research, and startup scouting
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
