Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, biotech, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for global markets
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or Web3
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CPSIP)
